My passion for wine began in the vineyards of my grandparents in the Tauber Valley. Since then, the subject of wine has shaped me both professionally and privately: hotel manager, professional wine tours within Europe / South Africa, professional development at Badrutts Palace / CH, Schlosshotel Bühlerhöhe, studies in hotel management. My personal interest is in winegrowers who create authentic wines with respect for nature, away from the mainstream.
